  Diaspark takes care of the visa filing, transfers issues and takes a step forward to make employee's travel related arrangements at the time of joining the company. We also sponsor employment based green cards.

  Medical Insurance coverage for employee and family
Long Term Care Insurance
  Employees may purchase long term care (LTC) insurance to help cover the costs of specialized care that they or their family member may need. This includes care received at home, in a nursing home or in an assisted living/residential care facility.
Retirement Savings
  Employees are immediately eligible to participate in 401(k) Savings Plan. The plan has various investment options.
Paid Time Off (PTO) / Holidays
  We respect our employees diversified needs for the time away from work. In addition to Paid Holidays, our employees are eligible for PTO (vacation, personal, floating holidays) days for the time needed away from work. PTO is dependent upon an employee grading and length of service with Diaspark.
Trainings & Workshops
  We believe that to succeed in today's competitive environment we have to be well equipped with all the latest tools and well-versed with the latest and emerging technologies. Following this, our technical staff gets regular trainings. We also provide tuition assistance for certifications and participations in seminars.
Employee Referral Bonus
  Referral of candidates by our existing employees has provided us with outstanding and new talent. Every year 50% of our hiring is done through referrals.
