| Vinay is the Group Chairman, founder and strategist behind Diaspark and Group Companies Webdunia & Naidunia. He is a visionary in the IT industry. Most of the the cutting edge products and unique business concepts developed by group Companies are his brainchild. After receiving his Masters in (the) USA, Vinay began his career in 1986 as a planning executive with Semline Inc. a leading printing company in Boston. It was these two years at Semline that gave direction to his interest in Information Technology and helped crystallize his entrepreneurial vision. Vinay founded Suvi Information Systems Pvt. Ltd, the Indian software operations arm in 1988 and entered the US market with Diaspark Inc in 1995. His leadership drive continued with the formation of Webdunia.com (India) Pvt. Ltd, a language technology services provider in the year 2000. He also serves as CEO of Naidunia News & Network Pvt. Ltd, a leading daily newspaper from Central India. The continued growth and success of all of these companies bear testimony to his zeal to succeed, his strong business acumen and outstanding leadership abilities. |

| Vipin started his career in the Consumer durable industry with Kelvinator India in 1988. Thereafter he worked at various levels in Sales & Marketing functions with Corporations such as Whirlpool Corp and Samsung Electronics. He has many accolades to his credit in the consumer durable industry . He was the part of the initial core team of professionals who helped launch Samsung Electronics and establish the brand in India in 1995. He was instrumental in creating a $25mil practice for Samsung in 1997 in Bombay. He joined Diaspark USA as Business Development Manager in 1998 to oversee the Sales & Marketing function of the Consulting Division. Due to his enthusiastic Leadership and the support from his Team he was extremely successful in growing the Consulting Division in turn creating a name for Diaspark in the IT Industry . He assumed the role of Vice President in 2003. Under his supervision the business grew 3-fold. Vipin is currently President of Diaspark Inc, and he oversees Diaspark operations for all business units Globally. |

| Vinod joined the group in 1990 and prior to that he worked with BHEL, a premier Public Sector Undertaking in India for six years in their Systems Department. Vinod was instrumental in setting up the technical facility in India in 1988 and subsequently Diaspark's launch in 1995 in New York. He has been a key driving force behind most of the Product/ Technology division initiatives. The idea to productize our offerings was his brainchild. One such initiative, ERP software for Jewelry has developed into a major business practice for Diaspark. He manages this flourishing practice, and has been able to rope in some of the largest of Jewelry manufacturers who today are far more efficient with the use of our proprietary software.
Vinod has spearheaded what has become a multi-million dollar practice. |
