Style module provides the capability to create and maintain style definition and bill of material. |

Setup screens for Casting, Diamond, Color stones, and different labor charges. |

Style bill of material consists of multiple casting. Casting parameters are id #, metal type, weight, unit, labor charges, cost, markup, price and manufacturing specifications. |

Style bill of material consists of multiple entries for diamond and color stones. Different parameters are lot #, quality, size, weight, setting labor, quantity, cost, markup, price and manufacturing specifications. |

Copying standard style definition to the specific customer can create customer specific style. |

Image in jpeg format is stored with each style. This image helps in creating catalog and image is displayed everywhere. |

| Setup |
| The setup window allows user to define master data for the Style module. This master data is helpful for the user at the time of creation of style(s) and dealing with customers. |

Metal Category |
| |
Metals that have similar properties can be grouped together in this section. The users would need to enter metal unit as usually weighed in Gms. or dwts. Specifications of these units facilitate user for subsequent calculations of cost & price for the style that uses this category. |

Metal Item |
| |
This helps to set up details about individual metal items and also of the vendors from whom the purchase is being made. A price list, desired cost and weight details can also be recorded. |

Stone Parameter |
| |
Parameters can be set for the stones that are to be kept in stock. This has 7 parameters in different tabs namely Stone, Shape, Quality, Setting, Color, Clarity and Make. |

Stone Size |
| |
This option is used to set the stone details like size and number of carats. These can be entered in the form of ranges e.g. from a carats to b carats is an acceptable range for that particular stone and its corresponding shape. Sieve ranges can also be defined in this option. |

Stone Cost |
| |
Cost per carat and cost per piece of a stone can be entered here. |

Stone Lot Master |
| |
The stones that have similar shape and quality are put together in a particular group called lot. Each lot is provided with a unique id or code. Lot Master setup helps users to define different lots of diamond/stone received by the diamond department. |

Stone Packet |
| |
In this option packets are created containing stones. Stone packet contains details about the characteristics of each unique packet like clarity, color, lot and sub lots used, along with details of certificates issue from the laboratory. |

Stone Setting |
| |
Stone setting screen helps user to define cost for different shape and stone settings. |

Labor: Stone Setting |
| |
Labor Stone setting setup helps user to enter, modify and view labor cost for different stone, shape and stone settings. |

Labor- Finishing |
| |
This setup helps user to enter finishing cost (per stone / per carat) for different finishing work of the style. |

Labor: Other |
| |
This is used to define the various labor types that are required to make the styles. The labor type to be performed is entered here by means of a unique Id & its description. When that labor operation is to be performed in making a style then the details can be picked by the system from here. |

Sell Mark-up |

This feature helps you define different price levels for customers. Here you can define levels and markups to be added on basic style, metal, diamond and stone price. It also allows user to view and search price levels. |

Manufacturing Specifications |

Manufacturing setup helps to define different manufacturing specifications for casting and diamond. |

| This section helps user to create and maintain different transactions available with Style Setup module |

Style Category |
| |
Style category helps you create style categories such as ring, bracelet, necklace etc. Under a category styles of similar properties can be grouped together. Whenever user creates a category he can setup wholesale and retail markup prices. User can also set up the base gold price for each category. |

Style Group Master |
| |
Style Group master allows adding other categories of a style in a group. |
|
Style Markup |
| |
This sub module allows user to enter whole-sale and retail mark-up percentage for a style group such as bracelet, ring etc., according to which price of style can also be updated. |

Vendor Specific Parameter |
| |
This option of style module allows the user to define and setup vendor specific values of various style parameters such as stone cost, setting cost, casting labor, diamond handling cost and other labor for a particular vendor. These vendor specific values are picked up at style creation as per selected vendor. This feature helps to create and maintain vendor details and their specific values. User can also print details entered at all the tabs with the print button on menu bar. |

Style Parent |

Ideally every style has a parent style. Once a parent style is created, then number of style items can be created in which stone and casting parameters could be modified.
Style parent helps user to define the styles with its basic components such as casting, diamond, color stone and finding used in the style along with their various parameter like wt, type, color, numbers etc. Besides this it also helps in calculation of style cost as well as selling and retail price calculation. |

Style Catalog |

This feature helps user to enter style information to design catalogue. These catalogues can be presented before customer to make them understand various styles available. |

Style Proposal |
| |
This feature gives user an option to create and send the style proposal to different customers. It provides options for add/edit, view and search style information. |

Style Item Vendor / Customer Specific |
| |
At this sub module, user is able to create and maintain styles designed specifically for a particular customer or vendor. It provides options for add/edit, view and search style information. |

Style Image Browser |
| |
Here user can view style images along with their id. At the image browser screen user can edit and style information along with their images. It provides a list of all the styles fetched from style master. |

Style Setup Item List |
| |
This report serves as a reference list of each individual style that has been created in the style setup option. It helps you to view and print items' details such as style id, metal used, metal id, color, size, diamond/stone used, labor, other cost, wholesale and retail price. |

Caster Metal Item List |
| |
This report helps you to view and print vendor specific casting details such as metal id, type, color, pieces, weight, gold rate, unit, labor, metal & cost etc. |
|
Style Setup Price List |
| |
This report provides different price lists of style(s) along with its description and metal type and metal weight used in style. It gives an easy look up of all price levels for each individual style. |

Stone Parameter |
| |
This report gives a complete list of parameters like Quality, Stone Type, Color, Clarity etc. that has been defined with their codes and descriptions. |
|
Stone Size |
| |
This report gives user a complete list of the various stone sizes. Stone sizes are mentioned along with their corresponding units in carats and sieve plate size. |
|
Style Master Detail Report |
| |
This report helps user to have complete information of style(s) created in the application. It provides details of metal, diamond / diamond set, stone and cost of style. |
