Customer Category |
| |
The Customer Category defines unique categories of customers or Associates. The user can enter and retrieve a list of customer categories, along with their basic information, including details on discount %, terms of payment and GL accounts. |

Customer |
| |
The customer is identified an ID number, which will be unique to each particular customer. Details such as the contact person, the customers' contact number and address can be stored. |

Payment Terms |
| |
Each individual payment term is linked to a unique ID number, which simplifies the preparation of the invoice and assures accuracy. |

Message |
| |
The standard messages that may need to be sent along with the documents can be entered using this setup. Similar to the above features each message has a different ID. |

Ship Via |
| |
The Ship Via feature contains a list of the mode of shipment to be used for delivery of the consignment item to the customers. |

Sales Person |

Stores sales person information, including commission structures to track payouts. |

Customer Special Price |
| |
The Customer Special Price Feature allows the user to enter a special price given to the customer, a different customer categories for a particular style/item, or for a group of item/style. The Customer SKU# and UPC# is also defined for the customer for a particular style, which is required at the time of receiving EDI orders from the customer. |

Item Synonym |
| |
Items with frequent use can be assigned synonyms to provide a short cut like feature. |

Daily Credit Limit |

The Daily Credit Limit allows the users to view the current credit limit and add an additional credit limit for a specific customer. |

Sales Quotation |
| |
The Sales Quotation handles creating customer quotes with ease and efficiency. The system takes care of the calculations according to the quantity being quoted and the description of the items. |

Sales Orders can be recorded as they are received and are linked to the general ledger & the invoice in the same screen. |

Sales Invoice |

Sales invoices can be prepared directly through corresponding sales order numbers, where the user only has to enter the ship quantity and the sales invoice is prepared.

Sales Credit Invoice |

The Sales Credit Invoice is an invoice issued to a person or a company when goods are returned. The credit can be used to settle other invoices with the customer and is prepared by transferring details from the invoice. |

Sales Order Cancellation |

The Sales Order Cancellation application is a feature that records when an order is cancelled, and provides a real-time update to all users in the system. |

Sales Memo |

The Sales Memo is prepared by transferring details from an order and preparing the information to track items that have been released on memo. |

Sales Memo Return |
| |
When item(s) or style components sent on memo are returned unsold, the sales memo return is created to reflect the change, which is accomplished by transferring the information from the original document. |

Open SO Tracking |

The sub-module Open SO Tracking tracks open sales orders which can be looked at by a/c period, customer, ship date, salesperson, item id, or order number. |

Bulk Sales Invoice / Packing Slip Generation |

The Bulk Invoice/Packing Slip feature helps to prepare a large number of sales invoices or packing slips and shows a list of open and pending sales orders. |

| Reports can be generated to obtain information from daily transactions to create reports. A wide range of criteria can be selected for report generation. |

The Sales Order Register allows the user to view details of sales orders as received in an accounting period, by customer, and by style. |

The Sales Order Status Report tracks the status of sales orders and shows all the invoices, memo, and order cancellations of the order. It provides the user with information on unfulfilled sales orders and their current status |

Open SO Aging Report |

The Open SO Aging Report provides information about open sales order with aging details like when shipment is pending. The number of days are calculated after the due date has passed and the cycle is calculated in increments of thirty days. |

The Open Memo Report provides a list of open memo so that they may be reconciled. |

Sales Analysis Report |

The Sales Analysis Report generates an analysis of the average price of an item sold over a range of values. |
