Production Request |
|
Creation of production request is beginning of production.
This section helps user to have complete view of list of open sales orders which needs to be processed. This screen facilitates user to enter production request manually or generate from list of open sales order. User can filter list of sales order on the basis of customer id or prod type.
Production request can be generated for single or multiple sales order at a time. |

User can generate production request on the basis of sales order received. Production request can be placed for ordered quantity. |

Production Plan Sheet |
|
Production Plan Sheet is the means by which the production manager can analyze goods to be produced and goods which are in production.
As the name suggests, this screen works as a production planner for the user. Automated upgradation of stock and stages at plan sheet depicts a clear overview of an item. It helps user to track surplus, shortage quantity and stages which item has passed through or lying at. Surplus and shortage feature helps user to decide production quantity.
With the drilldown facility at every column of sheet, user can have detailed information for the same. |

Process PR |
|
The production request generated needs to be processed. This screen lists out details of item/sales order for whom production request have been generated.
Here request can be segregated for in-house production or outsourcing to vendor. It provides facility to generate purchase order for item, casting and diamond set at the same screen only. Workbag creation and tracking can also be done at this screen.
Changing production type, splitting, deleting production request and selection of vendor while generating purchase order are add on features at same transaction screen simplifying production process. |

Overseas Finished |
| |
Overseas Finished is a kind of production type where the owner gets style completely built through a vendor and does not make any contribution (style components) to vendor from his side. |

Work |
| |
Work is a kind of production method where style components (diamond, stone, diamond set, and casting) are given to contractor to get the style built completely through a contractor. |
 |
PO- Diamond Set |
| |
PO – Diamond set is one of the production methods under which purchase order is made both for style and diamond set to be included in style. In this process, two purchase orders are generated one for style and other for Diamond set and are sent to style and diamond set vendor respectively.
When diamond set is ready, it is shipped either to style vendor or to the person / company from whom order is received. |

Casting PO |
| |
At this production method, purchase order for casting is generated and workbag is also generated at the same stage only. Casting purchase order is sent to casting vendor, while workbag is sent to contractor so that before casting is filled in workbag meanwhile contractor can start up with production process. |

Style WIP |
| |
Style WIP denotes work in process for style(s). When style is received from vendor, contractor, sales return, opening balance of inventory or goods transfer it is sent to WIP and a WIP bag is made for the same. WIP barcode is generated for each bag & each different style. |

Split WIP |
|
A WIP bag can be splitted if required by user. This helps user to segregate WIP bags as desired. |
 |
Merge WIP Bag |
|
One or more WIP bag can be merged in to a single bag. For merging WIP bag style id, prod type and stage needs to be same. If either of three things are different, WIP bag cannot be merged. On merging, the other bags are merged into first bag which raises its quantity and rest are being voided after they are merged in to a single bag. |

Style Stage Transfer |
|
When the company does not maintain WIP Inventory then they can choose this option to transfer the style from one stage to another e.g. the quantity received in-house is sent for QC. After receiving it as OK from department, style needs to be transferred to RTS stage. |
 |
Handshake |
|
The style stage transfer done needs to be acknowledged. The acknowledgement is done with the handshake option. Without handshake, details at production plan sheet will not be updated. |
 |
Shipping Packing List |
| |
A shipping packing list is made when style is ready for shipment. This helps user to keep a record of shipping mode used by him / her for shipment of goods. With the help of tracking number, user can check status of shipped goods. |

Print Workbag Report |
| |
The Workbag is sent to Contractor on Memo. It contains all the information like sales order number for which workbag is prepared, customer id, quantity of the style and specifications of diamond and casting filled in workbag. It also shows style id along with its image which makes it easy for user to understand the details. |

Customer Shipping Checklist |
| |
The customer shipping report gives shipping details for a particular customer. It helps user to know when and through which shipping mode item is shipped to customer. With this report user can cross check transactions made with the customer related to sales order fulfillment and shipment of item. |

Open Diamond Requirement |
| |
This report displays the Diamond Requirement in Workbags which is not filled yet or partially filled. The Report is helpful to Diamond Department to know the requirement of different Diamonds. |

Shipping Packing Log |
| |
This report displays the shipping packing details for a customer. This details helps user to know details of sales order, workbag (made for completion of sales order) ship date, mode of shipping and quantity shipped to customer. |

WIP Stock Report |
| |
This report helps to know style details which lies in WIP stock and has not been closed. With the help of this report user can have stock checklist for respective stages. |

Activity Report |

This report helps to know the activities or stages through which a WIP bag / barcode has passed, transferred date as well as the current stage |

Split Register |
| |
This report is helpful for user to know the WIP bag details which has been splitted. It provides user with the knowledge of original WIP bag, its quantity, new WIP bags created on splitting and quantity filled in them. |

Merge Register |
| |
With the help of this report user can overview details of WIP bag merged. This can be utilized to know the details for style and prod type for which WIP bags have been merged. User can check the stages of WIP bags merged and voided. |

Style Activity Report |
| |
Style activity report is useful for the user to know each and every activity made pertaining to a particular style. This gives user a clear picture for a style in relation to its transaction date, production process, quantity, stages and shipment. |

Print WIP Labels |
| |
This report helps to print WIP labels (receipt, shipping, WIP Bag labels). These labels can be used by user to check details of WIP bags created. |
