Contractor Memo |
| Workbag prepared is sent to contractor on Contractor Memo. This option is used to issue a memo to the contractor for the work assigned to him. This will keep a record of the material given to him with the instructions that may be specific for that bag. |
| A memo gives a record of the open pieces lying with the contractor. Memo can be made for multiple workbags/WIP Bags also. |

| Standard Memo: |

This memo type is used to record contractor memo which are usually made and not for any special purpose. |
| Memo (SPO): |
| When workbag is sent for fulfillment of special order, special order memo can be prepared for easy tracking. |
| Memo (Sample): |
| When workbag is sent for sample style creation, sample memo can be prepared. |
| Memo (Customer Repair): |
| When workbag is sent for style repair, customer repair memo can be prepared. |
| Memo (Sales line): |
| When workbag is created as sales line, sales line memo can be prepared for the same. |

| Lab Memo |
| Lab memo is prepared when style is sent for testing/certification at Lab. Style may be either received as new or repaired style from contractor. User can also send workbag on lab memo to lab. |
