The client’s existing paper based catalog and order entry system restricted sales reps to effectively showcase products to customers and take orders in real time. Critical information like updated product pricings, availability of products had to be verified with the inventory teams which elongated the sales lifecycle.
Diaspark partnered with the client to develop a mobile app for showcasing products and taking orders using an iPad. This app provides a close and real view of the product to customers. With the elimination of paper-based system, the efficiency of sales process was also increased.
