CSR Initiatives

Diaspark recognizes its social responsibility. In order to fulfill its Corporate Social Responsibility, Diaspark has been working primarily in the field of Health and Education. To institutionalize the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of the Company and to develop a systematic approach to administer the process, the Company formed a group “Saathiya” in January 2005.

Saathiya is primarily involved in three key areas of Healthcare, Education and Community Development. In the Healthcare area, the Foundation aims to organize several blood camps. In education area, the Foundation aims to support students to continue their studies by paying their school fees, by giving them books, copies and stationery items. On Community Betterment front, the Foundation aims to build, maintain or grant aid to aged homes, orphanages for relief and help to needy people.

Diaspark’s business strategy is founded on engagement with our people, clients and communities to help them achieve their potential. As a firm that espouses corporate responsibility, we examine carefully about how to invest in society today to make sure there will be a business context where both we and society can thrive tomorrow and long into the future.

We channel our efforts into three key areas that are aligned with our business strategy and critical to improving and expanding market economies.

• Health – supporting people who lack in hygiene access
• Education – developing skills to ensure that the coming generation has the skills it needs to make a positive impact
• Environmental sustainability – attenuating our impact on the environment

Corporate social responsibility is an imperative for protecting the sustainability of our business. As a business, we can only flourish if the economy and society are strong. So we must come up with ways to intersect what we do well with what society needs.
