Production module at Diaspark Jewel facilitates fulfillment of orders by putting production requests, creating workbag or from stock. The module helps determine the surplus, shortage and track the production stage of an item / style with the help of Production Plan Sheet.

• Different production types as regular production, special order, repair, etc.
• Based on the orders and stock, system gives a shortage list of styles and quantities to produce.
• Define production methods as in house, or by domestic contractor or buy from a vendor.
• Automatic PO generation for casting. When casting available then list of workbag waiting for the casting.
• Diamond requirement report for the open workbag.
• Cost of production for each style. Cost consists of purchase, diamonds and casting issued, contractor labor, lab certification, repair charges, etc.
• WIP tracking at different stages. You can define the stages. Handshake between stages. Drilldown for detail analysis.
• Barcode enabled, imaging.
